Regency England Knights
Templar Artifact Mystery Book Review
Mix Jane Austin , Alfred Hitchcock and a Knights Templar artifact treasure
hunt and you have the Regency England suspense adventure mystery novel, a
parody of the genre, The Cross of Ramplet by Garnell Thompson.
"It was a dark and stormy night…" starts the first chapter.
Cliché, yet true, for on that night, the steeple of the Anglican Church
of the Holy Trinity was mysteriously struck by lightning and the roof exploded.
Why did this happen, was in an act of God or sabotage? What happened to the
Cross of Ramplet - rumored to be a Knights Templar artifact, on display in
the church - who took it, and why? What has the Throckmorton family to do
with all this?
This is video review of the new historical mystery book tries to answer some
of these questions, without giving away any spoilers.
