BEFORE YOU BUY:

We have many DSPP programs on various topics.

If you are unsure if a particular DSPP program is right for you, you may download a free DEMO prior to purchase. There is a link to a FREE demo at the top of every DSPP program description page.

Note: DEMOs are free and will take you through the DSPP process, but will not have any lasting effect on self help or motivation. You will need the full retail version to experience any lasting effects.

APPLICABILITY OF USE:

It is your responsibility to ensure that program you purchase is right for you.

These are serious self-help motivational software programs, they are not an entertainment or miracle cure. Individual results take time and can vary. Failure to follow the instructions or failure to actually use the software can reduce the effectiveness of the programs.

Please read our Web pages carefully to determine if the program you wish to purchase is right for you.

You must use your program properly according to the included instructions or it may not have any effect.

REFUNDS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not issue refunds or exchanges on software downloads.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept payment via PayPal and our Esellerate Store Payment Processors.

Our two payment processors, PayPal and Esellerate, provide secure on-line processing.

We do not ship physical product and do not accept orders or payment by telephone, postal mail, or e-mail.

DOWNLOADING:

Your computer must be able to accept software downloads from the Internet or the download process will not work. This means that if you are a dial-up user, you must make sure your modem does not "time out" before the download completes.

Any firewall, anti-virus and other blocking software on your computer must be told to allow the download. If you don't know if your computer can accept a software download, you can try downloading one of our free, limited operational DEMOs.

You MUST SAVE your purchased software to your computer when prompted to do so during the download process.

DO NOT choose RUN or OPEN WITH, if your computer gives you those options - choose SAVE only!

Once your software is downloaded by the SAVE option, you can run or open it on your computer.

You do not need the Internet to run a DSPP program once it is saved, because it runs from your computer.

You will receive a reminder about using only the SAVE option when you purchase your software.

We are not responsible for where you save your software to your computer, or if you throw it away after download, or otherwise lose it.

LICENSE:

You will receive a EULA (End User License Agreement) for review prior to download. You MUST agree to abide by the terms of this License Agreement in order to download your software.
